No Hidden Fees
Normally for a piano service, I block out an hour and a half to make sure the process is done correctly. That is enough time to give your piano a fine tuning, often with time left over. Since routine piano servicing requires so much more than just tuning, I spend that additional time making sure that everything is working properly. Rather than charging an extra hidden fee, I will fix that squeaky pedal, loosen up a sticky key or figure out what’s causing that weird clicking sound. Any additional services that can be done within my allotted time frame are included in the cost. This prevents hidden fees, and it allows you to receive more enjoyment from your piano that only a simple tuning could not bring.
